The fourth film in a series of delightful adventure melodramas for the whole family about the sincere and loyal friendship between a girl named Mika and a horse named Ostwind. In the story, Mika's favorite horse, Ostwind, who has truly changed her life, lives happily at his ranch in Andalusia, Spain, where he remained after the events of the third installment. Mika, who has long since turned from a rebellious schoolgirl into a lady and an expert in horse racing, decides to visit her old friend. However, they were unable to enjoy a meeting in peaceful surroundings. Immediately after Mika's arrival, a terrible fire breaks out at Ostwind's farm, leaving both friends seriously injured. Mika falls into a coma, and Ostwind refuses to eat. But it is at this time that the young, capricious Ari arrives at Ostwind's farm, and she becomes a new hope for the future for both Ostwind and Mika...
