We respect your right to privacy and provide the ability to completely remove your personal data from our systems.
This page explains how you can request the deletion of data associated with your account in International School “Children of the Future”and our app TikTok Assistent.
1. What data can be deleted
We can remove:
- Name and surname specified during registration;
- Contact details (phone, email);
- TikTok account data transferred through integration;
- History of interaction with our service;
- Downloaded content (videos, images, etc.) if it is stored on our servers.
2. How to request data deletion
You can submit a request in any way convenient for you:
- By email: send a letter to children.centrum@gmail.comwith theme “Data deletion request”and specify:
- Your name and surname;
- Contact email linked to the account;
- Description of exactly what data you want to delete.
- Through the form on the site (optional if we add).
3. Terms of processing the request
We will consider your request during 30 calendar daysfrom the moment of receipt.
In some cases, the period may be extended, but we will always inform you of the reason for the delay.
4. Important information
- After deletion, the data cannot be restored.
- We may retain some information if required by law (e.g. accounting documents).
- If your account was created through TikTok Login Kit, deleting data on our system does not delete your TikTok account — you need to contact TikTok directly to do so.
